Faith and Outreach
While Westshore Forum is open to everyone, we are upfront about the fact that we are sponsored by St. Barnabas Church in Bay Village, Ohio. This provides opportunities for those interested in getting involved beyond social events. Being associated with St. Barnabas allows those in the Westshore Forum access to groups dedicated to learning about Jesus, growing in your faith, or serving the community around us in different ways. While those interested in attending Westshore Forum’s social events are certainly not required to be involved in anything additional, we also want to welcome you to join us and get involved if you are interested.
Discipleship Lunch Group
This is a lunch group of 20 and 30 year-olds that meets weekly at St. Barnabas Church on Sundays at around 1:00pm. A small lunch is provided and we are currently discussing who Jesus is, and what it means to be His disciple today. This includes reading the Scripture with the Mind, the Emotions and the Will. We are using Robert Webber’s book, Follow Me as a text. It is led by Sean Templeton. There is no need to RSVP.
