Take me out to the ballgame!

Don’t miss it! The Westshore Forum will be going to All Pro Freight Stadium THIS weekend to   see the Lake Erie  Crushers take on the Windy City Thunderbolts. This is sure to be a good time as we will have fieldside tickets! Afterwards, Andrew Holmes has invited us to travel to his new apartment in Tremont for a post-game party.

When: Saturday, July 17th at 7PM (Arrive a bit early as we will have your tickets at the gate)

The Start! Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s premiere event for raising funds to save lives from this country’s No. 1 and No. 3 killers – heart disease and stroke.

Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Start! Heart Walk creates an environment that’s fun and rewarding for the entire family.

  • The 2010 Start! Cleveland Heart Walk will take place at Mall C- located on Lakeside Ave. between E. 9th St. and W. 3rd- next to the Courthouse. The Start! Cleveland Heart Walk will have a 1 mile and 3 mile walk in downtown Cleveland. It is a family-friendly event with your local Cleveland sports mascots, inflatables, face-painting and more in the Medical Mutual Kids’ Zone! We will also have live music, give-aways, and health screenings. See you there!WalkersThis year, more than 1 million walkers will participate in nearly 350 events. Your participation will help us

raise even more in our fight to save lives. Walk with friends, family, coworkers or strangers you’ll bond with along the way.

Following this event we will get together afterward to Celebrate Patrick’s Birthday over at Ruth and Patrick’s place! More details to come!
